The Ghost's return is expected to be a victorious one, but a man they call "Mini-Tyson" stands as an immediate impediment.

Selcuk Aydin is a major power-puncher, but his resume lacks a major name. That will end on Saturday, July 28, when he faces Robert Guerrero for the interim WBC welterweight title.

Aydin is 23-0 with 17 KOs, and this fight will be huge for him.

Guerrero was once thought to be one of the top fighters, pound-for-pound, in the world. But he has endured a 15-month layoff from the sport because of injuries and his unsuccessful pursuit of Floyd Mayweather, Jr., per Jake Donovan of Boxing Scene.

Guerrero has also had to put his career on hold to be there for his wife during her battle with cancer.

Thankfully, his wife has made a full recovery, per Kevin Iole Yahoo Sports.

Guerrero is 29-1 with 18 KOs, and his lone loss came seven years ago. He has called out the likes of Mayweather and Pacquiao (per Boxing News 24), as he's eager to step in the ring with the sports' elite.

He'll have to deal with Aydin before he can chase bigger fish. Though Guerrero is more skilled, this fight will be his first at welterweight.

That dynamic does create some level of intrigue for this fight.

Here's how you can catch the action, and analysis, of both fighters:

The Book on Guerrero

Guerrero is a southpaw, boxer-puncher with good power. He put that power on display dropping the tough Vicente Escobedo twice in their 2010 bout.

Check out the highlights from the bout:

It's apparent that Guerrero throws shots with great leverage and balance. He also punches with power from multiple angles. That combination makes for an extremely dangerous fighter.

The fact that he is a southpaw only adds to the point.

Guerrero isn't explosively quick, but he isn't slow. Much of what he doesn't possess in pure hand-speed he can make up for with excellent timing. He uses that to be an effective counter-puncher, and it makes him especially dangerous in exchanges.

Here is a highlight of Guerrero's best moments:

There are a few concerns about Guerrero as he moves up to 147.

Though the Ghost is a solid puncher, he had issues finishing opponents off. He couldn't take out an old and over-matched Joel Casamayor.  He didn't finish Escobedo, and he didn't finish Michael Katsidis in his last bout in April of 2011.

Guerrero landed huge shots against all of these men, and though he wobbled them, he couldn't take them out.

Guerrero has also fallen victim to the flash knockdown. Casamayor embarrassingly caught him with a short and quick counter jab to drop him in the final round of their fight.

Katsidis should have been credited with a knockdown against Guerrero in their fight. But the referee missed the Ghost's glove touching the canvas after an exchange.

As Guerrero moves up in weight, will he have the power and the chin to bang with welterweights?

We may soon find out.

The Book on Aydin

The Mini-Tyson nickname is based on his stalking style and obvious punching-power. But Aydin doesn't move his head like the young Mike Tyson did.

Instead, he uses an old-school, but effective, cover style. I've watched six Aldin-fights, all of which ended in KO victories for him, and he doesn't throw unnecessary punches.

Everything he throws is short and with the intentions of ending the night. He doesn't possess great foot speed, but his punches have a suddenness to them that is effective. I'm confident that Guerrero will have to beware of Aldin's power throughout this fight.

The key for Aydin will be how he responds to a talented fighter opposing him and how he handles adversity.

Generally the posture of all his opponents has been that of an intimidated foe. Guerrero isn't likely to fall in that category, so Aydin will have to earn his respect.

Aydin doesn't come into any fight looking to go the distance. He's mechanical, but his approach can be effective if he times his opponent. His guard is a difficult one to penetrate, and he effectively explodes from it with power shots.
This one will be more interesting than many believe.
